Chimney Cleaning, Inspection & Repair in Florissant, CO

Alpine conditions that find every weakness

Florissant sits at 8,383 feet, where winter arrives early, leaves late, and tests every chimney component in between. Wood heat is a way of life up here, which means flues accumulate creosote at rates plains homeowners never see — and crowns, caps, and flashing endure months of snow-melt-refreeze cycling. Our mountain-route technicians treat Florissant systems as the heating infrastructure they are: sweep annually, verify the liner, and keep water out of the masonry.

Why Florissant Homeowners Choose Us

Plenty of companies will drive to Florissant; fewer will show you photographic evidence before quoting, put pricing in writing, and answer the phone at 2am when a chimney fire just happened. That's the standard we've kept since 1998, and it's why so much of our Teller County work comes from referrals.

Why Annual Inspections Matter Here

Most of the serious chimney problems we repair in Teller County were visible — to a camera — a year or two before they became expensive. That's the entire case for annual inspection in Florissant: a modest yearly visit that converts future emergencies into present-day minor repairs, and gives you documentation your insurer and future buyer will both appreciate.
